The advantage of our Relax Guarantee is

You will be reimbursed if ML Tours has to cancel the flights.

The Relax garantee is only valid for new bookings made in the period 04/06/2021 - 30/06/2021 & 21/09/2021 - 31/05/2022.

N.B. Measures such as a compulsory vaccination certificate (also with the 2G policy), a compulsory booster dose or the presentation of a negative test certificate are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

Modification conditions:

With the Relax Guarantee, you pay no change fees. Our other modification conditions remain applicable for reservations with Relax Guarantee:

Up to 75 hours before the flight time you pay € 0,- for a change per person per one-way flight up to 1 year after the original booking date. In addition you have to pay the price difference between the old and new rate. There will be no refund/reduction when the new rate is lower than the old rate.

For reservations without a Relax Guarantee or with departure within 72 hours, our standard modification conditions apply:

Up to 75 hours before the flight time you pay €50 per person per route for administrative costs. In addition, the price difference between the old and the new rate will be charged. If the new rate is lower than the old rate, no refund/reduction will be applied.
75 to 27 hours before flight departure you pay €120 per person per route in administrative costs for a change. In addition, the price difference between the old and the new rate will be charged. If your old ticket (incl. baggage) has cost less than the change fee of €120 to be paid, the new change fee will be the same as your old ticket (incl. baggage). If the new rate is lower than the old rate, no refund/reduction will be applied.
27 hours before flight departure and on the flight day itself, in the event of a change, the complete new ticket price per person and per route will be charged as administration costs.
